Entirely. Every journey is built bespoke to your client's brief, pace and taste. The sample routes on our Itineraries page are starting points to spark the conversation, not fixed packages.
Yes. We work with licensed guides and companions fluent in English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic and more, and match the right guide to each traveller by language, interest and pace.
Two to three months is comfortable for most private journeys, and earlier for peak seasons such as cherry blossom and autumn foliage, when the best guides, ryokan and tables book out well ahead.
We quote wholesale net rates to the trade; you set the price your client pays. Depending on the request, a planning fee or deposit may apply to confirm arrangements in advance — we'll always make that clear before anything is booked.
A deposit confirms the booking and unlocks detailed planning; the balance is due before travel. Some third-party arrangements (chartered vehicles, certain experiences) carry their own conditions, which we flag upfront.
Yes. Every journey has a point of contact in-country for its full length, with duty of care should anything need attention — so you and your client are never left without support.
